My first post so please bear with me. I just bought a Texaco branded Bennett 766 pump for my garage. This is my first pump and I noticed something that I don't see on any of the images that I've seen online. The bottom row of the display where the "cents per gallon" is displayed, it shows whole numbers only (no tenths). The top "amount of sale" has the decimal over one spot to the right, with the ability to register up to $99.99. I changed the price on the pump, but when I bought it the price was set at 93 cents per gallon. Is it possible that this pump was upgraded and remained in use until the 1990's when gas prices were in that price range? Anyone have an old Bennett pump with a similar setup?
