I'm hoping someone can help me with identifying this device. The red I.D. plate says General Package Corporation. It's about 18" wide without the handle. When the handle is depressed, the upper notched "blade" travels down as the dividers with "V" slots in the lower part move to the right and stand up perpendicular to the base. Seems like it could be used to fold something, but that's about all I can surmise. I found a similar one on Ebay, but the seller had no idea what it was. Thanks for any info. - Jack J.
