While I was doing some research on GE's National Lamp Works booklet, I came across a website depicting all of the pages of a 1939 gas station lighting catalog. It was published by Goodrich Electric Company and titled "Modern Lighting for Service Stations." Just in case you haven't seen it, this is the link:

Interesting to note that for the most part the "basic" lighting available for service stations had not changed all that much. However, the Goodrich Electric catalog has more information and better illustrations (41 pages long).
