This is an example of a sign that has been repaired with solvent. It was bad, smashed in. I had to re-align everything while using long clamps to hold the sign tight together for cementing. I let it sit for a day and then unclamped it post glueing, everything stayed together nicely but its a fragile repair.
The missing spots probably could have been fixed using a little material scavenged from an unseen edge, but I didnt think the time was worth it.
