Haven’t posted in BOTW for a while. Found this Hood tire mounted clock I’d never seen before a while back and just got it cleaned up and the old tire looking presentable. The tire had been a blowout way back when and the old rubber is hard as a brick. I slowly clamped the tears in the sidewalls against big patches inside and glued the crumbling rubber back together where it had been separated. After getting all the holes
And separations repaired as best I could I repainted with tire paint and mounted the clock back in the center. The clock has three tabs at 10,2,&4 that were supposed to hold it in place like the metal advertising inserts you see in many brands so it was definitely made to be used like this. That said, it’s a full
size tire and is fairly heavy so probably was intended to be set in a metal tire display up on a shelf. I plan on making wall space somewhere and hanging it up eventually.

Picked up a Canadian G&B TC1. Missing the fill pipes and handle but pretty decent.

That looks to be a Lion sign left of the Tydol. I assume that's a rather uncommon version as that's the only other one I've ever.

Yes you are correct it is a lion sign not in greatest shape . But it’s double sided porcelain . I don’t no how rare it is ? But we love it ! Can’t afford the big big lion sign I’ve always wanted so we settled for this one years ago thanks Chris
