Muriatic acid works the best. Just be careful and wear gloves and a mask and make sure you have a fan blowing any fumes away from you.

Available at hardware store or Home Depots.

Apply with brush and wash it down. After sitting a few minutes wipe off with wet cloth.

Amazing results and no swirls or sanding/scrub marks left. .. ... cool
