Wouldn't Naph-Sol Co. likely be the jobber that sent the lenses to a station/customer? I see the box is from Libbey Glass Co. in Toledo and then I also see what looks to be stenciled lettering for CAPCO, Cincinnati Advertising Products Company......
I have no idea how the complete process worked to produce lenses, but did Libbey make "blank discs" for CAPCO to work on? Maybe Jim T-Way would have an answer?
