It looks like a 541 but it is a 371. It has the flat faces with face pans, there is no cross bar for a door latch that a 541 has and you can see the finger latches in the side panel that a 371 uses. Also the top piece of the frame assembly above the face has the eye hole were a station lighter bracket would attach on a 371. It also looks like it has an early cast iron nozzle receiver that is held on by screws on the inside.
