There's NO excuse!!!!! I'm not going to cater to their inabilities to not do their job correctly!!! That is unacceptable!!
If your going to do something, do it right! Or don't offer the online service only to dive up the prices, yet the service is half a$$ and there is no guarantee it will work!!!
