Found these old gems just killing some time early this morning Google mapping my way around some of Detroit's not so better neighborhoods.

It was said that Detroit was once called, "The Paris of the Mid West".
Found another one. Funny how so many have the overhangs closed up to make more interior space.

Not sure what brand this one would have been.
It's crazy how many of these old stations are still standing in the neighborhoods of Detroit!
It seemed appropriate, so I changed the title of this thread.

I would love a chance to get inside some of these old buildings and see what old sign or whatever may be hiding in the dust!
