By 1957, Texaco had gone away from the "Marine" designation with a complete new can and had labeled their boat motor oil as "Outboard". I have seen these cans and complete displays labeled "Outboard". The old Texaco Marine cans had the same graphics as the Texaco Marine sign. Wouldn't the new marketing program have included the signage?
