Jim makes a good point. When I was getting started a couple of years ago I had no idea there were so many fake signs. I can't say how glad I am that I gravitated towards large neons. The number of fraudulent porcelain signs is skyrocketing. Shows on tv make it look easy to buy cheap and sell high. I rarely ever sell my stuff but I bought 2 signs a couple years ago then got buyers remorse. Wanted to sell but convinced myself I'd been duped into buying a couple of fakes. Sat on the signs for 10 months doing research and got some help from a couple old gassers before I was sure were real. Didn't want to pass along a fake sign regardless of loss. Most ebay sellers would have never looked back. There are some rotten people out there.
Seeking Knowledge and a Good Deal. Always looking for neon signs and skins , Flying A ,& Wayne 60s.
