Yes, the door is upside down. No, it never had a globe (very few Vizos ever did). There's supposed to be a hinged door w/ a lock over that lower cut-out. The little door was for a back-up pump handle. I've had a few and none have ever had the handle but I surmise it was basically a flat bar-stock-type handle based on the receiver. No, the pump is not more valuable because it's a Wayne vs. Boyle-Dayton. Also, you're missing the shutoff valve that should be between the center casting and the hose along with, most likely, the nozzle hanger/receiver that attached to the upper part of the skin to accept a pistol-type nozzle.
