Thanks to Jack Sim, I discovered that my BD 89B was actually made by Wayne after they bought out BD. Jack said he was not familiar with this pump having been made by Wayne, so does that make it rare or more valuable? What's the 'B' for? Anyway, a couple of questions. I think the access door is upside down and in Jack's book it does not show an access hole for what looks like a pump handle (emergency?). The pump has new skin on it and I don't know who restored it, so it may be totally wrong. The dome, which is rusted in half, does not look like it had a globe. Is that true? I'm new to this, so any help, pictures, ideas, whatever, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken
