The only company I recall using an archer was Pierce Arrow. Could be foreign...??? Looks a bit crude to me though. That's not a knock on it, just saying most were more refined in their design.

Odds are it was an accessory/aftermarket/novelty mascot. They made them in the teens, '20s, 30's, 40's,...., and still make them today. My guess, and this is only a guess, is that it likely dates from the '60s-'80s. Just a hunch. That's when a lot of the old cars started getting restored and when a lot of the novelty mascots were made.

Value? As always, is whatever the next person is willing to pay. It is nice looking. I'm thinking like $20-50.
