I know a guy who has this sign...and thought it was real cool. and unique. it has a barrel going side ways for a design...is this sign repopped? or high value?

If it is the same sign I am thinking of it is reproduced a lot. There is a fake on at a auction near me this Saturday.

Here you can see the one on the wall...just trying to figure out what the real ones are? Also. If the real ones are dated or not. Which I don't think they were. And what you all thought about value?. And also if it's sought after..because it definitely really cool looking

With out a doubt one of the most sought out signs there is. If it's real. First is it double sided,porcelain or tin? How big? The tin ones were marked AM sign co. Lynchburg VA. Not sure if porcelains were marked. Tin ones are very heavy tin. Porcelain ones very heavy as well. Hope this info helps.

Looks to be about 16" wide not counting the ears for the barrel by 22 - 24" based on the quaker state thermometer. John
