Looks like its the week for 60's!
About 4 years ago, I found this 60 on a farm north of me but the owner would always make some excuse to keep it? I figured that I wasn't offering enough but at the time, 60's were a bit cheaper and I felt I was high enough.
As time passed by and the price of 60's came up some, I was able to offer a little more and I happened to catch him home last week when I was in his area.
When I approached him about buying it again, he asked what my offer was this time, so I stepped up and made a pretty hefty offer on it and he just stared at me and then finally said--"let me go ask the wife". When he said that, I knew I'd be able to buy it and sure enough when he came back he said he'd let it go this time!
That makes 5 Wayne 60's for me this year and I have been totally shocked to find so many. I still know where there are 3 more in the wild, but the same story--they just aren't ready to sell yet! Theres always NEXT WEEK!!!
