I've been wanting to do the same thing for years now with an old 36 Ford flathead of mine. Same thing....was froze.. so what to do with it. Tried selling it on here once, no deal. This winter I knocked it apart and took it to a machine shop for crack inspection and it's a rebuildable engine. I have no use for it and it's for sale, all apart yet and if no sale.....possible stand display. Never throw old stuff away!

OP junior25 Petro Enthusiast Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 420 Ontario,Can	Just a word of advice before some of you take on a project like this.Try and find a complete engine if possible with all of it's accessories ( generator,starter,carb,brackets,etc) as these items can be hard to find.Sometimes paying a little extra to get a complete engine will save you money in the end.
