to resize you can go to paint on your computer resize to 50 percent

microsoft windows lets you resize by right clicking on the picture, choose open with microsoft picture manager, once opened right click and a menu appers, choose edit, click edit a new menu pops up and click resize then choose web small. if i can do it anybody can
