Anyone have any pictures or interesting petrol items related to radio station WNAX in South Dakota?

Here is a 1930 and a 1936 map. I love small local independents. There are a lot of web sites which have the history and photos of the station (radio and gas!).

There's also an Arcadia Press book on the history...wasted a lot of time on a genealogy expedition in Ft. Wayne reading this book.

Wow! Thanks so much guys for posting that info. I read the radio station had a fire and lost most of their oldies and original stuff many years ago. Haven't see too much WNAX on ebay except for copies of the Neighbor Lady cook books.
I'd like to know where to get another WNAX globe like that, since I doubt I could convince you to part with yours!

Hi Scott, thought you might like this pic of the old WNAX station I took today. It was the main station in Geddes,SD in the early days. The local Historical Society moved the station from the edge of town to the middle of town and re-roofed the place also. I was able to go inside and I have to say it was a cool feeling indeed. I too love the WNAX history. Hope you enjoy! Last picture is of a bucket I am pursuing. As I zoom in on the WNAX station photo it appears that something is in the window, maybe it is just me. The station was completely empty seconds before this photo and I was the only one that went inside. Not trying to creep anyone out but it looks like a baby.Yikes!
