Many camera phones have GPS built-in. If you take photos with a GPS enabled device, they can insert the latitude/longitude into the jpg header. Most should be able to turn that feature off in their preferences menu. I'd encourage everyone who takes pics with their camera to check that out and make sure yours is set to OFF for GPS in your digital images.

Average digital cameras don't have that capability, so there isn't the same location vulnerability.
