Mick, sometimes one's wildland truck won't make it up a 18% or steeper grade. Especially when the fire's crawling up one's ... backside.. Like I said though, mop up work, just turning over soil and wetting down and knocking down any small "hot spots". Most of the time the USFS and Canadian FS would be more than willing to drop "red sh**" from the sky. Man it's hard to get that .... stuff ... off, or atleast the ...stuff ... we used back in the late 90s.
