No.... Its just a sprayer, like a common fertilizer sprayer. You open the door, which goes inside, load the contents, then pump it up with the handle, which pressurizes the tank. I have a similar unit. I thought that it was kinda cool, so I kept it. Yours is missing the spray nozzle though.
