Could be an Ottawa with a Tokheim top.

I thought the top looked like a Tokheim too, like a 610, but I didn't want to say anything. Can't figure the main pump though. Jack???

I think the lower is an Ottawa, agree with your thoughts on the Tok top.

Top is Tokheim, 600 series, but the bottom doesn't come close to any Ottawa pictures I have.
