Hey everyone!

I got bored at home today and decided to go to some of the local antique stores and I came across this award plaque. I tried a search on this site first but didn't find anything similar, and then did a search on google, but only came up with small pins and a few square plaques.

I'm sure this isn't the only one ever made, so does anyone have any info. on this? Would this be awarded to an attendant or a Service Station owner? Trying to learn more about it. Thanks!

Alex, I've noticed no responses to your query, so the only thing I can relay is I have seen maybe 2 of these in my 8 years of specializing in Mobil items. I am not able to offer much history info, but more than likely would have been awarded to the station/station owner and not an attendant, like most service plaques were. You do not see this particular award offered for sale nearly as often as some other versions.
