I don't think it is
Seems more like 'APCO'
But i could be wrong, thats why i am posting

From the picture I would say it is not Sinclair, no arch along the top and not enough of a point on the bottom

I did a search on APCO sign on oldgas and am quite certain now it is APCO and not sinclair
It is on des moines craigslist And He has a big conoco frame also
He is located near winterset iowa about an hour from iagas
