So i had a guy try to sell me this sign today. It is about 45" long and about 20" tall one sided and was brand new in box still. The brown on the front washes off and looks brand new. The date on bottom said 7-52. when i pulled it out of box ther was 2 signs in box. Both look brand new what are they worth each or as a pair.  Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I would say $350-$450 in 8+ condition

I would say about $250 each, if painted tin. A little more of porcelain.

$500-800 nice to fine example.
It's a great size too!

Well i picked them up today... Got them to the shop and washed with soap and water. On the color there is light staining from the box. Should i lightly try to buff off or just leave it they are super nice.  Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us

IF they are porclain I have had lots of luck with glass top stove top cleaner . Comes in creamn and should not have grit in it ,and a lot of elbow action.
Then there is muratic acid,be carefull with this stuff.
Those are a nice sat. Hope you passed on the pumps.

Ya passed on pumps. i think they are enamel paint but not sure. How can you tell?

They feal heavier than they look. I should be able to buff if buffing pad changes color it prob enamel. I think anyways.

If they are enamel paint it will still work as long as it still has its shine,and hasn't chalked up. I'll leave that how you tell up to the veterans.
