Old gas station photos

Cool site! On page 3 I found this station that's in my hometown...



...for years it was a dog grooming business, they just switched it over to Nextel a little while ago. It's a shame to see such a beautiful old building covered in gaudy signage. Anybody know what kind of station this might have been originally?

On a side note, this bulding is right across the street from a 1940's-era A&W drive in that is still in business!

That was a old Tower Hi-Speed Gas Station. It is just missing the tower.

The Viper Communications building is right on M-46 in Saginaw. I Googled it and it looks like the address is 824 Gratiot Ave. I know where there is another old Hi-Speed station in Saginaw that still has the tower intact. I need to get some photos of it for FATW next time I'm in the area.
