Hello,
Curious to know what Fry models used this nozzle holder and was this an option that could be added to most of the Fry pumps...?
And, if so, would anyone have the correct rear panel for a Fry17/117 that would have the correct cut-outs in the hopes of installing this option equipment...?

Hey Jim, I’m the one that gave the long answer for you on Facebook. I’m going to post my same answer here for other people to see….
I’ve had a fry with that nozzle attachment. It is real. It was an option from the company back in the day. However, I could never prove if it was made by Guarantee/ Fry or if it was an aftermarket company that made them. Almost no stations ordered the pump with the holder. They are very few and far between. The nozzle holder mounts to the rear stationary panel, while the front panel remains a swing open door for the handle and stops. The mechanism inside locks the nozzle in, so no one could steal gas at night. Here is a picture of the one I had. Sorry, I don’t have any pics of the reverse side of the panel cutout.

Anyone have photos or an original nozzle that would have been utilized with this holder...?
Going to locate an original rear panel and mount it to install on my 17... If there's too much difficulty locating the rear panel, this holder may get sold...

I had a fry pump with this holder on it a couple of years ago. It was a model 77. If you search that model there have been a few discussions about it

After scraping off the paint & who knows what that covered my tags I was able to see that mine is a Fry 77... & it looks like that added pc. for the nozzle has been on there it.s whole life. 1923 or 24?
