Wondering if anyone has some information about the piece. I have a base that came with it. Bought it from leftovers if an estate of a large local collector. It's painted and obviously the paint is peeling. Wanted to know history and a possible value as I might sell it. The picture is my profile picture.

never seen the painted model (questionable)
should be porcelain
piece below Pegasus, pointer is not correct
pointer is off a Richfield vane
basically whole piece is a fantasy piece
value: minimal .. ... cool
