I need to replace the broken cylinder in my 515. According to Vic's it should be a 12-1/2" x 26". However the (original cracked)one I took out was only 24". What is this supposed to be? Were there two lengths used?

I guess someone replaced it in the past, cause it is definitely only 24' long. Got a 26" plus new rods on the way.

Possibly at one time they had a freeze crack around the bottom or a service company changed it to the 24in, because that's what they had.

Did WAYNE ever make a Tall Ten ?
What would be the cylinder size ?

Scott Anderson's catalog from 1988 shows 10" x 37" with no Cut number listed. None of the charts I have can confirm this.
