When I started this hobby a year or two back, I had no idea that some globes were placed 90-degrees to the direction the pump faced - now I see it in MANY older pictures, your latest pic included, and it makes sense that the motorist would see them when APPROACHING the forecourt from up or down the road, I’m guessing?
