The folks who dont think profits are allowed or immoral are just being manipulative IMO. They just want a deal and are happy to make the profit themselves later when they are ready to sell. It's similar to folks who dont recognize that values have increased in the last 30 years when they are buying. Or, similar to people who watch the restoration shows on TV and think restorations are easy and cost almost nothing to do.
