I just rebuilt the light manifold for my Bennett 541. I didn't have the factory globe light extension. I figured I could make one but I did find this nifty 8" bulb extension on Lightbulbs.com. I think it worked out well. It's just set in temporarily I know the switch is on the wrong side.

Great Job! What you have will work perfectly. I try to center the bulb vertically in the globe the best I can. I use pipe for the extension.
