Hello everyone, I'm a new French member. Two years ago I started to collect gas pumps and items related to "garage" and "old gas stations" .
It's really difficult for me to find new pieces because I collect only American items. For now this is a small collection but it's just the beginning wink
I'm happy and proud to own this pieces because I like "good old days" and USA so I'm really Lucky to got a bit of American history.
I just want to share with you my small Collection.

Nice collection. I have always liked the look of vintage Coke machines.

Welcome to the OG site. The Martin Schwartz 80 was my first pump and remains one of my favorite styles.

Thank you very much for your answers. Yes you're right, now I'm in the dark side and I think I'm completely addict. In the beginning I just wanted to find a nice gas pump to put in my Living room and now I can't stop to think about gas pumps everyday. That's true, It's a drug. I think in my Country nobody is like me. Only a few people collect old oil cans, porcelain signs, old stuffs and mainly French items. Everybody ask me why I have old gas pumps in my House, they don't understand, but I don't care. I can't explain why I love so old gas pumps and antique filling station items, maybe it's the best way for me to travel in Country and era ( 40's 50's and 60's) I would have liked to live.
I also think that those are beautiful objects with nice shapes and good quality, not like objects build nowadays.

My goal is to continue to buy "electric" gas pumps (i'm looking for Tokheim 39, Gilbarco 900, Bennett 700), to buy an eco air meter on pedestal, a Firestone and Goodyear porcelain Sign ( like attached pics) and I have the project to build a large wall with reproduction 13.5 inches Globes ( not my pics, just an exemple I found on websites)
