I have a chance to trade for this porcelain shell, but want to make sure it is real before I do so. I believe it is, but want to be 100% certain. Can anybody share their opinions as well please?

I noticed that the one in question has a red outline around the perimeter but I think that would just be from a different manufacturer and different part of the US.
I have one that has the outline but it does not have a date or manufacturer's mark. That is just my two cents and we all know what that is worth....Dale

It looks good. The no red boarder is earlier than the red boarder. There is also is also a half red boarder.
