 Finally went to a swap meet

Last Sunday I attended a small oil and gas swap meet. It was put on by two local collectors, father and son, and held at their shop. They contacted the collector community and had a small but respectable turn-out. I didn't know how many sellers would show but surprisingly there were nine of us. A couple even had a day's drive to get here. It was a great time in a cool setting. I really appreciate the time and effort that it took to make this all happen. Cheers, Don.

Thanks for the great pictures Don, I wished now that I would have made the trip from Saskatoon, There was some great items there and looks like a great place to hang out for a day and meet some collectors I haven't met and see some old friends. Would have been easy for me to make a weekend or even a long weekend out of it. Haven't really been out of the city all summer except for a couple of small car get togethers a few miles out.
