Halsteins Garage, late 1920's, Portersville, Pa. Not sure what the dark spots are in the driveway - from horse or car!

Utah has a great history of filling stations in the first part of the 20th century . Here is a few pictures of some of them , please note the second picture the pump on the right is the Wayne model 490 , wouldn't we all love to have that one . Also there are two globes I have not seen before in real life one is a Wasatch globe that looks like it has a bow and arrow on it when I blow up the picture , the other is at a Vico station and says Super Gasoline. And check out the cool Vico Neon sign . The picture quality could have been a lot better if I new what I was doing , I could not figure out how to resize them from a C.D. Thanks Peter

Sure happy to do it , I just wish I new how to do the picture stuff better , they are so much more clear when I have them on my computer screen . Oh well I will figure it out someday .
