Sign is 1930s. Hickok Oil Co out of Ohio.

As Luke said sign was used during the 1930s; I believe used before 1938...(but I may be mistaken as I am basing my assumption on the logo of a 1938 map; which has a blue background HI-SPEED sign on it, instead of the green background version)
