I can use what is missing in image as well as 2 ee in Firestone and some of the small white letters on top. Also of course the Firestone symbol top center. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Id also be interested in any contact info to who makes these replacements out of glass or plexiglass/acrylic etc. Thanks

Check with Ralph White, I know he has made several milk glass letter molds for his own signs, he may have what you need.
