Dick Bennett Veteran Member Joined: Oct 2000 Posts: 22,780 Likes: 5 Santa Paula, Calif	When they were assembled NEW at factory, they were done like any other pump from Base UP, new threads, nuts, etc., BUT w/rust & extra paint over the years, there is just no way to start dis-assembly from top w/o a Large Hammer.
