I need a few expert opinions. came across this recently. some of you have seen it. came from an older gentleman who worked in a warehouse in Georgia that closed. He had it for quite a number of years along with some other coke stuff - some even still crated in original coke wooden crates. I'm sure its original - he claimed that it was never touched - after looking at it closer I can't tell if its been touched up or not.
I am not an expert on these, nor have I seen one in this shape before. I don't know if they all had that "painted" look with blemishes or not. For example the emblem on his hat. Any input would be helpful.
I posted here because it is for sale - and if all real/untouched an amazing piece. including lots of pictures so feel free to give me your opinion. appreciate it.

Looks very good to me! Original.....yes. With the "AM..." on the right shoe. I would not think it was touched up. Those longer light scratches on the right palm would be too tempting to not try to repaint. IMHO

I know ones in this shape don't come by often. One in worse shape just went for $3900. I am asking $3750. Almost went at Maggie Valley a few times. I can put in storage or deliver no problems.

It has been touched up, not sure as how much. Originally the screws and nuts would not have been painted. The signs were painted then put together, so the screws are raw.

I don't believe they were painted after they were put together. It was a screen printing process and couldn't be done with screws protruding. Either way...painted screws or not I don't think it hurts the value. Correct if I am wrong on the first statement and I am sure someone will. Ha

For some reason the cop in the middle above changed gloves. Anyway I believe a real cop has a reflective shield and the repop does not . Mine is real and is reflective
