Yah I saw these this morning. When I saw the first one I thought, hmmm? Never seen that before. That's interesting. Then I saw the second, and then the third. I figured something seems fishy!

It can be reported as a fake/counterfeit by using the "Copyright and Trademark" listing..
Then select the "Counterfeit item or Authenticity disclaimer"...
Select "Counterfeit, fake or replica items"....
One has to be very brief in the description; I noted the misspelling of "ounce". There is no way an Oil Company would allow such an item as a "sample" with their name on it, as Keith noted...
Looking for Tide Water/ Tide Water-Associated/ Tidewater items
