I've been watching and have been the underbidder several times. Just thought I would ask here.

Roger, there is something that you need to understand. Many of us,myself included, would rather deal with another experienced collector than take our chances on ebay.

Oh,BTW,Bill Fortune knows how to play,IMO.

Dick and Wendell, thanks for your kind comments. Ebay, Petro auctions and shows, I search them all. Just checking with the members on here. You never know where you will find that piece you are looking for.

you know I don't know any of you....

how much you know, own, or anything else...and frankly don't really care.

I lent some advice to somebody that they could find what they were looking for on Ebay....

and you guys act like I spit on the pope's shoes!

I meant no disrespect to anyone!!!

What goes around comes around. If you frankly "Don't care" then why should anyone else care about you or how their comments make you feel?

I think we all need to care.

Personally, I care about what everyone else has and like to see it. I care about what they know because if they're willing to share it; then I can have the opportunity to learn.

Oh yeah and back to the 15" lubster sign. I wouldn't buy one off of e-Bay. Recently made reproductions are floating around on e-Bay. You never know when they will be making their next batch and if they will fix the problems with them (colors & fonts). Amistadi got fooled by them.

I don't care that you have a million dollars or 2.00
is my point!

I do care about people alot and I don't distinguish between the little guy and the 'pope'!!!

you totally misunderstood me once again!

I would give the same advice to anybody was my point.....they are available on Ebay.
And I don't need you or anybody else looking down their nose at me because I offered this suggestion to somebody that I have no idea who they are or what their knowledge level is or how many millions of dollars of stuff they have.

and that my friends was my point.............

I don't need to continue explaining myself because I simply told 'somebody' that they are readily available on Ebay.

it's ok!
