I'm guessing 50's-60's era. Universal Safety Days Without A Lost Time Accident sign.

Heavy porcelain with chalk square. It has cleaned up to nearly 9 condition, a couple chips in the surface and some rust stains, but otherwise nice a bright.

Here it is cleaned up a bit, still has some rust spots that need to be polished off but very nice overall.
