Curious as to why the picture up there of "Steffy's Garage " has THREE DIFFERENT brands of gas. FireChief, Richfield, and Tydol??? Independent station owners could contract with several oil companies to sell their products.
Buying: Polarine / Red Crown Gasoline Globes and Signs, Early Chevrolet & United Motors Signs, and 1910's through 1940's Gas & Oil Signs.

I found this photo today. Its a local station thats been long gone. I saw Socony pumps & darn near hit the ceiling! Im going to look for any other pics to see if I can find out what happened to the station...its a bank & parking lot now. Hear me out but Im thinking those signs in the pic are the Socony signs Ive been digging. Its a small town & I dont believe there was more than one Socony station back in the 30s.
