The picture with the Plymouth car and the guys is the city hall in Portland Oregon. One of the guys is/was the mayor of Portland. The photo is of the Plymouth-Gilmore endurance run, in which the Plymouth traveled the Oregon-Washington Highways, 24 hours a day for 31 days. Logging 21,662 miles, 698.77 miles a day. The car ran a continuous 744 hours and was never shut-off. Blu-Green gas and Lion Head oil were used for the run.

WOW! That Mobilgas tire insert advertisement sure it cool... I doubt one even exists today. The Coke one is just a nice though! Darin
