For info purposes, I just got back from the UPS terminal. FedEx is starting to rip them on prices even with their business to business rates. FedEx is not nearly as nit picky on packaging either. Ups is also threatening strike again.
Forward Air is still the "killer" shipper of crated items. About 1/2 of truck freight if you live in a terminal area.
