That's sad to hear:

Woody was a great guy.

He will be missed.

Our prayers are with his family.

One by one, the people who we have all done business with or had friendships with come and go. New people come in and the friendships start again. Hopefully they will be of the kind that we most remember fondly.

Wayne “Woody” Woodrum (of Waynes Neon Clocks) died unexpectedly at his home yesterday morning (July 8th). Woody has been a regular at petroliana and coin-op shows for many years. Woody was a good friend and he will be missed.

If you would like to send his wife Shirley & family a card, here is her address: Shirley Woodrum, PO Box 195, 6700 N. Dayton Lakeview Rd., New Carlisle, OH 45344.

For a time I went mainly for clocks. I cant tell you how many times I'd be doing my scan at a show and see Woody with a clock or two in his hands already. lol He helped me plenty with parts and advise. RIP to good guy and fellow collector.

So sad , I bought a clock and some parts from him at Dixie gas a few months ago . He took his time and explained all I needed to know about my old neon clocks , kind as every time I ever spoke with him. Praying for his family.
