Well after collecting and restoring for about six or seven years now I finally made it to my first show. Saw Katfish again and met Texas pelican both great guys! I was a little disappointed not see any rare stuff there but overall it was nice to go. Got to be there and watch MILES pick up another big display pump. He doesn't have many nice pumps so I feel good that he was able to finally get something nice in his collection:)

Never can tell with Dixie what will show up Kris. There weren't a ton of WOW pieces, but considering how hot some stuff has been lately I figure some of the guys are hoarding back a few pieces. Note Miles's trailer was awfully empty Thursday AM so he had to fill it up with something!

You probably saw my setup up on the short-side hill if you walked down by Paul(Severngas) setup and Thorntons as well.

Collecting anything keeps you young at heart!

Great picture. I wish shows near me looked like this. The grassy green fields look nice. This weekends show is on oil treated gravel.
